How durable and safe is this construction?  We use real metal studs to produce a wall system as solid    as traditional lumber/drywall construction without the worries of warping, rotting, mold, mess, and the need to paint in the beginning and again and again.

How professional or reliable is your company?  We have multiple crews doing very select work.  The  core members of our team and our company have been in the remodeling business for 26 years.   We assign a supervisor to coordinate and manage your project and a lead man to do the majority    of the work.  (Read:  we are not a one guy operation placing you at risk for some many negative possibilities).

If I request a design meeting in my home will you send a pushy salesman that will pressure me?  We have   only two design team members who provide consulting to our clients.  We have had 12 and 22 year relationships with these gentleman and they do not pressure potential clients.  Over 50% of our business is referred from past clients.  Their goal is to inform and educate you as to the possibilties and to listen to your dreams and determine if we can accomodate you affordably.

Is this that process I saw at a trade show that had those funny divider strips every few feet?  You may have heard of similar systems; but speaking as homeowners ourselves and a 26 year long remodeler,   our system is superior in finished design, functionality, and installation than those from others    who invest substantial monies in national brand recognition.

There is a handyman that does some work around town, could he put your system in for me?  Our system      is only installed by our staff which is why we guarantee a quick installation if you commit to give us access (excluding bathroom).  You cannot find our products at big box stores such as Home Depot, Lowes, or other contractors.

Is your price competitive?  In the past we have learned of competitor pricing from time to time.  We have always been competitive when specific tasks, materials and service were compared.  We   have always provided value-added savings for our clients due to our experience, suggestions, approach.

Do I have to coordinate work by a lot of crews?  We can eliminate the hassle of getting separate contractors for each step: electrical, plumbing, flooring, ceiling, walls, specialty trim/drywall, whatever - we will do the entire project for you if you wish.  Many regional/national competitors   only put up the walls and leave the rest for you to sort out.  You and your designer can determine    a plan that meets your needs.

How can I be certain you know what you are doing...that you'll stick to your price?  Let's face it, conventional construction estimates by carpenter-type contractors are just that: they are estimates.  Many times the total price by the end of the project is substantially more.  With our company, we use professional designers to anticipate EVERTHING that should be considered or that you may discover you want along the way.  The goal is to discuss everything up front, evaluate, plan, order specifically what you need/want and then disrupt your home minimally/quickly for the actual construction.  YOUR CONTRACTED PRICE WILL ONLY CHANGE IF YOU CHANGE THE SCOPE OF WORK TO BE DONE. 

What about an egress window or other major tasks?  Yes, we install several types of egress windows and can handle just about any task.  We do not handle basement de-watering,  waterproofing, or mold remediation.  We are a specialty remodeler focusing on design/build of comfortable living space down, up or out.
